ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Move-in will occur Thursday, November 18, from 8am to 8pm. If this is not possible additional time will be available Friday, November 19 between 9am and 3pm by special appointment with the show director.

Displays must be completely set up by 3:00pm Friday, November 19.

Cars must have 1/4 tank or less in the gas tank and cap must be taped.

Batteries must be disconnected.

If your display requires electrical power, this can be accommodated. Be sure and indicate your need on the entry form so that we can place your display appropriately.
